We have listed below some of our favorite things to do in New York over Christmas. All of these are incredibly accessible from Hoboken, either via the Ferry on 14th Street (which goes to Midtown 39th Street and then different free buses depending on destination - it took Wayne months to figure the buses out!) or the PATH train on 1st Street.
You should download the NY Waterway app for Ferry access (you just show it to the attendant when you get on the ferry) or the PATH you can buy tickets at the station.
For the more intrepid explorer, download the Citymapper app and it'll direct you around Manhattan (the subway takes contactless payments).
We really hope you get to maximize your time near to New York!
Manhattan's newest "neighborhood" - there is so much to do here... and if you are not afraid of heights... we highly recommend a trip to "THE EDGE", the highest sky deck in the Western Hemisphere located at 30 Hudson Yards, with a one-of-a-kind design, it’s suspended in mid-air, giving you the feeling of floating in the sky with 360-degree views you can’t get anywhere else.
